We are born as blank slates
not yet exposed to the opinions of others.
Slowly as our bodies grow, so do our minds,
assimilating and changing what we see.
We learn what we enjoy, comedies over dramas.
We learn what we feel, anger and love.
We learn what we believe, is there a god?
Individuality comes from these lessons.
